Description of the
Verge for synthetic roofing membranes
The verge designates the lateral termination of the roof surface and is therefore a fixed element in our comprehensive system for roof construction from plastic roofing membranes. It consists of modified rigid PVC. This material is characterised by the following properties:
- Extreme longevity
- Good weathering resistance
- 100% recyclable
- impact resistant
- splash-proof
A plastic verge therefore has a practically unlimited life expectancy and is therefore ideal for many roofing applications. It can be attached to the left or right of the plastic roofing membranes and can also be used in conjunction with our plastic shingles. The verge has two internal water lugs, one for fastening and one for water flow. It is available up to a length of 8 m to ensure a continuous and clean water flow. Together with our plastic roofing membranes, our plastic roof ridge and the lateral end profile made of plastic, it forms a closed system which is used, for example, for lightweight roofs in industrial and hall construction. However, our system is also suitable for many other plastic roofs. Due to the low dead weight, all products within the system can be installed quickly and easily.
